The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027 has ranked 2,297 universities from 118 countries and territories, with the top 10 once again dominated by institutions from the United States and the United Kingdom. 1. University of Oxford — UK
The University of Oxford has retained the No. 1 position for the 11th consecutive year.
