The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has announced a detailed notification for the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) Mains 2025. According to the official announcement, RSSB aims to fill a total of 7759 positions for Primary School Teachers (Level 1) and Upper Primary School Teachers (Level 2). Out of these, 5,636 positions are for REET Level-I (Class 1-5) and 2,123 for REET Level-II (Class 6-8).
Separate notifications for both levels have been released and can be downloaded from the official websites: rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or sso.rajasthan.gov.in. The REET Mains 2025 application form will be available from today, November 7, 2025, and eligible candidates can submit their applications online until December 6, 2025.
Candidates who passed the REET 2022 and 2025 exams are eligible to apply for the Rajasthan third-grade teacher recruitment 2025. The exams are scheduled from January 17 to 21, 2026.
REET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a graduation, postgraduation, or B.Ed degree with 50 per cent aggregate. Additionally, candidates with 45 per cent marks in graduation and a one-year B.Ed as per the norms of the National Council of Teacher Education may also be eligible. Those with a 50 per cent score in senior secondary education and a four-year BElEd or four-year BA, BScEd, or BA Ed can also apply for the REET vacancy. The detailed notification will be available soon on the official website.
REET 2025: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Visit the official website — recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the application link for the teacher post.
Step 3: Go to the registration tab and complete the registration.
Step 4: Log in and apply for the desired post.
Step 5: Fill out the application form, upload the necessary documents, and submit the fees.
Step 6: Submit the form and print a copy for future reference.
