There is neither any hoarding nor any publicity on the way to this institute which is situated at a distance of 6-7 km from NH-27. As soon as you enter this campus, you see pictures and rankings of hundreds of students who have become doctors and engineers after passing NEET and JEE. MRH Azad, General Manager of the Foundation, says – In 2016, we started preparation with 10th class students. At that time no one was allowed to have a mobile phone.

In 2019, when the 11th class students came from the second coaching, they said that where they were, mobile was helpful in studying, but when the internal exams were held, the students were found far behind the expectations. Then we convinced him and got him the mobile. After that the result became much better. Now no student keeps a mobile phone in the campus. Every student gets 10 minutes a week to talk to family. Director Kasrul Islam says- The Foundation has many schools and colleges in Hojai.

It often happened that bright students from our school, who passed out from high school-intermediate, used to leave their studies. Then the idea of ​​Super 40 came. We started in 2016 and decided that Ajmal Foundation will provide free coaching to those students who have secured 85% or more marks in high school and are not able to prepare for medicine and engineering due to poverty. Such students come here whose parents do not even have the fare to go back home. Even today our first priority is the children coming out of government schools and madrassas.

Daily newspaper in three languages… To play volleyball-football, badminton, boys and girls study in different batches in the campus, but the means of entertainment are the same. Hindi, English and Assamese language newspapers are published daily. Inside the campus, students play volleyball, football, badminton and cricket.

Result is getting better every year

Teach 20% students for free

According to Abdul Qadir, project head of coaching, there were 40 students in 2016. Now it has become 6 thousand. There are 2500 girl students in it. Entry into coaching takes place between class 9th to 12th. Now 20% students study completely free and 20% study by paying full fees. The remaining 60% are students studying by paying 25%, 50% and 75% fees. The entire fee for the year is less than Rs 2 lakh.

They also pay fees… After selection of students who study for free, they bear all the expenses themselves.

Ajmal Foundation takes 20% of the coaching expenses as donation. The remaining arrangements are made from the fees of the students. The second important thing is that when the students studying for free are selected in NEET or JEE, the entire expenses of their education and hostel are also borne by the foundation.

Preparation… Teachers stay with the students, study for 10 hours every day

There are 260 teachers to teach 6 thousand students, who live nearby. Study is for 10 hours every day. Teachers teach for 6 hours and one has to study for 4 hours oneself. Every student has to wake up at 6 in the morning.
