PM Modi relesaed new reel
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday posted a new reel on Instagram saying that the Centre is taking continuous steps to build a credible and reliable examination system, stressing that reforms in the education sector have become essential to curb paper leaks and protect students’ futures.
The Prime Minister said successive governments at both the state and central levels have grappled with the problem of paper leaks for decades, affecting the careers of millions of students.
“We are continuously taking one step after another to ensure a reliable examination system. A fast-track mechanism is being put in place, and suggestions from various stakeholders are also being taken into account,” he said.
Highlighting the need for technology-driven reforms, Modi said extensive use of technology would strengthen the examination process and enhance transparency.
Issuing a stern warning, the Prime Minister said those involved in paper leak rackets or gangs that jeopardise the future of students would face strict action. “Anyone involved in paper leaks or any gang that plays with the future of the country’s children will not be spared,” he said.
The remarks come amid ongoing efforts by the Centre to tighten examination security and restore public confidence in the country’s recruitment and entrance examination systems.
