PM said in his address- We have seen emergency in the country. Our Constitution has faced this challenge faced by democracy. It is the strength of the Constitution that today Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s Constitution is being fully implemented in Jammu and Kashmir. Today, Constitution Day is being celebrated for the first time in Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that this is the 75th year of the Indian Constitution. This is a matter of great pride for the country. I salute the Constitution and all the members of the Constituent Assembly. We cannot forget that today is also the anniversary of the terrorist attack in Mumbai.

PM said- Those who lost their lives in this attack. I pay my tribute to him. I also want to reiterate the country’s resolve that all terrorist organizations challenging India’s security will be given a befitting reply.
