The West Bengal Assembly Secretariat on Tuesday issued notices to 10 rebel TMC MLAs. He has been asked to reply on the disqualification petition within seven days. Chattopadhyay had written a letter to Assembly Speaker Rathin Bose on July 7 demanding disqualification of 10 MLAs.
