UP BJP was waiting for the list of state organization for a long time. The list has been released on Thursday after several discussions regarding office bearers in the organization from Delhi to Lucknow. 19 Vice Presidents and 8 General Secretaries have been made in the team led by Pankaj Chaudhary. Apart from this, 19 ministers have been made. Apart from this, BJP has appointed all the 6 regional presidents of its organization in UP. Except the Minority Morcha, BJP has also announced the names of the presidents of all its Morchas.

Chemistry of OBC with Thakur-Brahmin
BJP has appointed 19 Vice Presidents in Uttar Pradesh, in which special care has been taken of the caste equation. BJP has taken special care of its core vote bank, the upper castes as well as the OBC and Dalit communities. BJP has made maximum four Vice Presidents from Thakur caste while 8 leaders from different castes of OBC community have been made Vice Presidents. Apart from this, three leaders from Brahmin community, two from Vaishya community and two from Dalit community have been made vice presidents.

Suresh Rana, Ramesh Singh, Neeraj Singh and Kameshwar Singh Singh have been made from the Thakur community in the list of vice presidents. Archana Mishra, Braj Bahadur and Shankar Giri are from Brahmin community. Kritika Aggarwal and Alok Gupta from Vaishya community have been made vice presidents.

Devesh Kori and Priyanka Rawat from Dalit community have been appointed vice presidents. BJP has tried to woo the Pasi and Kori communities of the non-Jatav Dalit community. BJP has given place in the organization to support different castes of OBC community.

BJP has made three leaders from Kushwaha, Maurya and Saini communities as vice-presidents, which include Satyapal Saini, Darviurvijay Shakya and Suresh Maurya. Mohit Beniwal from Jat community, Dharmendra Singh from Kurmi community and Rajesh Yadav from Yadav community have been made state vice presidents. Pooja Pal, who comes from Pal community, and Krishna Bihari Rai, who comes from Bhumihar community, have been made vice-presidents.

Stake of General Secretary and Minister in BJP organization
In UP, BJP has made 8 general ministers and 23 ministers. In the list of General Secretary, Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan from Rajput community, Geeta Shakya from Shakya community, Abhijat Mishra from Brahmin community, Upendra Rawat from Pasi caste in Dalit community, Sanjay Rai from Bhumihar community, Shankar Lodhi from Lodh caste, Dilip Patel and Rajesh Chaudhary from Kurmi community have been made General Ministers. In this way, BJP has tried to give a political message by giving place to the OBC and Dalit communities along with the upper caste.

BJP state president Pakanj Chaudhary has made 19 ministers in his organization, in which he has made an effort to accommodate leaders from different castes. Dalit, backward and upper caste leaders have got a place. Basant Tyagi and Sahajanand Rai from Bhumihar community have been made ministers. Ankur Sharma, Rajni Pandey and Yatendra Sharma from Brahmin community, Shivbhushan Singh from Thakur community, Avadhesh Srivastava from Kayastha community have been made ministers.

In the OBC community, Vijay Shivhare, Anil Yadav, Vijay Rajbhar, Pramendra Jangra Vishwakarma, Kiran Lodhi Nishad, Rakesh Bind, Sanchita Singh Chauhan, Mahamedha Nagar and Suhasini Jaiswal from Noniya community have been made ministers. Apart from this, Rahul Valmiki, Deepmala Santoshi and Akanksha Sonkar have been made ministers from the Dalit community.

Plan to plant all 6 zones of UP

BJP has made every effort to solve the regional equation along with caste in Uttar Pradesh. BJP has divided the state into six zones as per its organization. Keeping in view the caste equation of different zones, BJP has appointed regional presidents in Pankaj Chaudhary’s team.

BJP has changed 6 regional presidents in its organizational unit in UP. Now space has been given to new faces, through whom the equations of the region can be kept simple. BJP of Western UP has made Nawab Singh Nagar, who comes from Gurjar community, the regional president. It is being considered as a counter plan to SP’s move to garner Gurjar votes.

Keeping in view the equation of Lodh votes in Braj region, UP BJP has made Puran Lal Lodhi the regional president. Kishore Sahu in Kanpur, Awadhesh Dwivedhi in Awadh region, Ashok Chaurasia in Kashi region and Vinoy Rai of Gorakhpur region have been appointed regional presidents.

Counter plan of SP’s PDA

BJP has made a bet to counter SP’s PDA (Backward, Dalit and Minority) formula through organization. BJP has given political importance to the people of extremely backward castes along with Dalits and backward classes in the state organization. Apart from this, a large number of women have also been included in the organization, from vice president to general secretary and ministers.
