Torrential rains in Kalimpong, the hilly district of West Bengal, have disrupted life. Due to heavy rains and strong winds in the last few hours, a flood like situation has arisen in the entire area. The flow of water was so strong that many bikes and two-wheelers parked on the roads were swept away like cards.
