The High Court has put an interim stay on the government’s decision to cancel the JPSC and JSSC examinations in Jharkhand. The government said in the court that the CID investigation of the entire matter is going on and the investigation is moving in the right direction, hence at present no order should be given on the government’s decision. But the court, after hearing the case in detail, stayed the government’s decision. This order of the court has brought great relief to the affected candidates, while the agitating students have raised questions on the government itself.
