A big terrorist conspiracy has been exposed in Delhi. Delhi Police has arrested two youths working at the behest of Sajad Bhatti, a gangster based in Pakistan and alleged proxy of ISI. Conspiracies for firing, grenade attacks and target killing were being hatched in the capital and NCR. The accused have been identified as Rajveer and Vivek Banjara, residents of Gwalior. A major terrorist incident was averted due to timely action of the police.
