US-Iran War News Updates: Trump Says Tehran Has Not Paid ‘Big Enough Price’ As IRGC Warns US Options Narrowing

US President Donald Trump on Sunday dismissed the prospect of an “acceptable peace deal” with Iran, saying he “can’t imagine” any new plan from Tehran would meet Washington’s terms, and that Iran has not yet paid “a big enough price for what they have done.”,

The remarks came as Trump confirmed he would review Iran’s latest proposal. In a sharp response, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps warned that the room for US decision-making “has narrowed,” signalling hardening positions on both sides as diplomatic efforts over the ongoing conflict continue to stall.

Iran submitted a 14-point response to a US proposal, with Tehran pushing for resolution within 30 days and demanding the talks focus on “termination of the war” rather than a ceasefire extension, according to Iran’s IRGC-affiliated Tasnim news agency.
