Dreams have no limits, and poverty cannot imprison courage. A girl selling momos on the streets of Delhi has proven this. Beauty Jha, who once served momos to people from a small cart in Delhi, is set to become an MBBS doctor in 2028. Originally from Madhubani district in Bihar, Beauty Jha’s NEET success story is about the triumph of unwavering faith and hard work in the face of adversity.

Beauty Jha’s journey has been challenging. After her father lost his job, the family faced financial hardship. To support her family, Beauty began selling momos with her mother. Their daily routine consisted of studying in the morning and selling momos in the evening. Despite these challenges, Beauty had a dream: to wear a white coat and a stethoscope around her neck. Gaining admission to MBBS has not only made her family proud but has also set an example for millions of youths who lament the lack of resources.

Beauty Jha’s story of struggle and success is a testament to her determination. Her success disproves the belief that passing an exam like NEET requires attendance at big coaching institutes and all the comforts.

Beauty Jha’s father moved to Delhi from Madhubani, Bihar, in search of a better future when Beauty was only six years old. He worked sometimes in a factory and sometimes as a domestic gardener. After losing his job in 2020, the family faced a crisis. Beauty and her mother took charge by setting up a cart and selling momos. Whenever she had free time at the cart, Beauty would open her books and study diligently, despite the surrounding noise.

Her daily routine was grueling. She stood at the momo stall from noon until late at night. After closing the shop and sleeping, Beauty would begin preparing for her medical entrance exams. Without the money for expensive study materials, she turned to online platforms and YouTube, proving that a passion for learning can turn the internet into a treasure trove of knowledge.

Beauty turned poverty into her strength, understanding that education was the key to escape. Her excellent NEET performance brought her to the threshold of medical college. Beauty aims to become a doctor who treats poor people, often dying for lack of money, for free or at a very low cost. She is currently pursuing an MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College. Beauty Jha secured 4809th rank in NEET 2023.
