Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting at his residence in the national capital to review the investigation into the Red Fort car blast and the suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed terror module behind the attack.
National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Intelligence Bureau (IB) Director Tapan Kumar Deka, and Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan attended the meeting, which focused on the ongoing probe and coordination among central agencies.
