NTA has suspended an exam-conducting agency after lapses during the AIAPGET exam at a Jaipur centre and issued a show-cause notice to the agency.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Saturday issued a show-cause notice to M/s Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd. over lapses in the conduct of the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) at an examination centre in Jaipur.
The agency said that pending resolution of the show-cause notice, the empanelment of M/s Eduquity with the NTA has been suspended with immediate effect.
NTA Takes Action Against Exam Agency
The latest action follows the lapses reported during the conduct of AIAPGET at the Jaipur centre. In its latest update, the NTA did not provide further details about the specific lapses for which the show-cause notice was issued.

The NTA said the suspension of Eduquity’s empanelment will remain in effect pending resolution of the notice.
Earlier on Saturday, the NTA had said that 49 candidates at the Shri Satya Sai PG College centre in Jaipur could not complete the examination due to a power failure. The agency had attributed the power failure to M/s Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the examination conducting agency.
The NTA subsequently announced that the affected candidates would be re-examined on September 1 at Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women, Jaipur.
