According to UIDAI, the process of updating Aadhaar through the app is quite simple. No document or physical visit is required for this. The entire process will be done in a few minutes. If you have not downloaded the app then you will have to download and setup it. The new Aadhaar app is available on both Android and Apple iOS platforms. Benefit: You will get instant alert when email ID is updated. The biggest advantage of linking email ID with Aadhaar is that when authentication request is sent using your Aadhaar, you will get instant alert on email. With this you will always know where and who is using your Aadhaar. This way no one will be able to misuse your Aadhaar behind your back and there will be no risk of fraud.
