The Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has released the Provisional Allotment Result 2025 on its official website, keralapsc.gov.in. The merit list is available in a PDF and it contains the roll numbers of the selected candidates. Those who have been shortlisted will have to appear for the next stages – the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
“The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for the Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Tests, for selection to the post of CIVIL EXCISE OFFICER(TRAINEE) (PART- I DIRECT RECRUITMENT) on Rs. 27900-63700 in KERALA EXCISE AND PROHIBITION DEPARTMENT IN THRISSUR DISTRICT (Category No. 743/2024 ) on the basis of the ENDURANCE TEST held on 17-09-2025,” reads the official notice.
The written examination for these positions took place in September 2025. Candidates must note that the allotment is provisional, meaning it is subject to further verification and confirmation following subsequent tests and document checks.

Step 2 – On the homepage, navigate to the Results section and select the shortlist.
Step 3 – Click on the link to view and download the provisional merit list.
Step 4 – Review the list and find your roll number.
Step 5 – Download the PDF and print it for future reference.

Candidates included in the Short List must be present in person for the Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test as specified in the Gazette Notification, states the official notification. One-Time Verification will be conducted before the publication of the Ranked List. The date, time, and venue for these will be communicated in due course via SMS and Profile message. Candidates should download their Admission Ticket for the Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Tests from the KPSC Website and must appear in person with their original documents, including the Admission Ticket, Medical Certificate, and Valid Identity Proof, for verification, the notice added.
