- If your ticket number matches a winning number, you can claim the prize.
- Visit the Kerala Lottery Office in Thiruvananthapuram within 30 days of the draw date to claim your prize.
- Carry the original winning ticket along with a valid photo ID for verification and prize collection.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO CLAIM PRIZE MONEY?
- Submit a self-attested photocopy of both sides of your winning lottery ticket.
- Provide two passport-size photographs, verified and signed by a Gazetted officer.
- Attach a self-attested copy of your PAN card.
- Fill out the prize claim form online, affix a revenue stamp, and include it with your documents.
- Include valid ID proof such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Ration Card, or any other accepted ID.
