Families of arrested TCS Nashik staff deny religious conversion and harassment charges and allege conspiracy involving Bajrang Dal.

Families of the accused in the alleged religious conversion and sexual harassment case at a TCS office in Nashik have denied all charges
Families of the accused employees of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik who have been held over alleged religious conversion and sexual harassment charges have claimed that their kin are innocent and have been implicated as a part of a pre-planned conspiracy.
Speaking on the issue, a relative of one of the accused, Raza Memon, said that the families are under distress and that the incident was “scripted.” Uncle of Raza Memon, Razak Kazi, claimed that certain groups were involved and questioned the course of the investigation, alleging that one of the accused was re-arrested despite earlier developments.
“All the families are troubled. Everything is happening as per a conspiracy… The Bajrang Dal are involved in this… The girl’s family called Bajrang Dal… One person was left after the investigation and then he was arrested again by the police… Everything that happened was scripted…” he said as quoted by news agency ANI.

In a separate statement, the father of another accused, Tausif Attar, said that his family is educated and insisted that his son and others have been falsely implicated.
Bilal Fakir Mohammad Attar said that all allegations against them are baseless and part of a pre-planned attempt to frame them.
“We are well-educated. I am a graduate myself, and my son is also a graduate. He has completed his BCA. Our entire family is educated. Whatever is happening is wrong. It is not the fault of my son or any other child. They have been falsely implicated in a pre-planned manner. All the allegations against them are false…” he told news agency IANS.
