A man collapsed inside the Oval Office on Thursday during a White House event where President Donald Trump was announcing new measures to lower prescription drug prices.
Dave Ricks, CEO of pharmaceutical manufacturer Eli Lilly and Company, has just taken to the podium when he was interrupted moments later by a disturbance in the background.
US President Trump went over to see the person who collapsed during his press conference to check if he was doing fine.
The incident forced officials to clear out reporters from the Oval Office as people tended to the affected person.
US President Trump could seen arching over and inspecting the well-being of the person.
In a statement, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said that the man was OK and identified him as a representative of one of the health care companies in attendance, the Hill reported.
Leavitt further said that the event would resume shortly.
