Eight devotees from Karnataka including five women and a minor were killed when a Bolero hit a concrete truck near Chilakaladona in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

As many as eight people — including five women and a minor girl — were killed after a Bolero vehicle collided with a ready-mix concrete truck in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, leaving 12 others injured.
According to investigators, five victims died on the spot, while three succumbed to injuries during treatment at a hospital in Emmiganur.
The incident took place near Chilakaladona in Mantralayam mandal in Kurnool.
The victims, who were devotees from Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, were travelling to Mantralayam for darshan of Sri Raghavendra Swamy.
Following the mishap, police rushed to the scene and initiated an investigation.
