A tourist train derailed and collided with a building in Portugal’s capital Lisbon on Wednesday evening (local time).
In this accident, 15 people died and 18 people were injured, including a child. The injured have been admitted to the hospital.
The rescue team has taken out all the trapped people, but emergency employees and forensic teams are also investigating the scene even at night.
The exact cause of the accident is not yet clear. An eyewitness told the local TV channel SIC that the railway was getting down on the sloping road, when her supporting cable broke and she went straight and collided with the building.

Government officials have not yet stated the identity or nationality of the dead, but have confirmed that some foreign nationals have also been killed in the accident.
The Portugal government has declared National Mourning Day on Thursday, while the city of Lisbon has announced a three -day mourning.
