1. India-China forces started retreating on LAC in Ladakh, removed 5 tents, broke many structures

Indian and Chinese armies have started retreating from the eastern Ladakh border. Both the armies have removed their temporary tents and sheds at Demchok and Depsang Point. The forces will be completely withdrawn by 28th and 29th October. A limited number of soldiers has been fixed for patrolling. Information about what this number is has not been revealed yet. Both armies will return to their previous status by 2020. Also, she will patrol the same areas where she used to patrol before April 2020. Apart from this, commander level meetings will continue.
Patrolling agreement signed between India and China: There was tension in Depsang and Demchok after the Galwan clash between India and China troops in 2020. After about 4 years, on October 21, a new patrolling agreement was signed between the two countries. Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had said that its objective is to stop Galwan-like skirmishes in Ladakh and to restore the situation like before.
2. Ratan Tata’s will of ₹10 thousand crore, share to Shantanu, Rasoi; Unlimited care for pet dog ‘Tito’
15 days after Ratan Tata’s death, his will worth Rs 10,000 crore has come to light. He has mentioned his colleague Shantanu Naidu, brother Jimmy Tata, half-sisters Shireen and Diana, house staff. Stake is included.
3. Atishi said- BJP attacked Kejriwal, his life could have been lost.

4. There will be no survey of the entire complex of Gyanvapi in Varanasi, petition of Hindu side rejected; Lawyer said- will go to High Court

There will be no survey of the entire complex of Gyanvapi in Varanasi. The fast track court rejected the petition of the Hindu side. The Hindu side had claimed that a 100 feet Shivalinga was present beneath the main dome. In such a situation, the entire complex should be excavated and a survey should be conducted by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). Hindu side’s lawyer Jai Shankar Rastogi said that we will now go to the High Court regarding this matter.
Madan Mohan, a lawyer, said that the demand for Vaju Khana and ASI survey is already pending in the High Court. The District Court could not give any order in contradiction to it. Perhaps this is why the petition has been rejected.
33 year old case: The fast track court gave its verdict on the petition filed in 1991. 33 years ago, on behalf of the self-styled Vishveshwar Jyotirling, Pt. Somnath Vyas, Dr. Ramrang Sharma and Pt. Hariharnath Pandey had raised the demand for ASI survey of the entire complex. However, all three have died. Now the plaintiff is Advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi.

During this time, CJI also used to go to Mumbai studio with him. He told that he grew up listening to news bulletins in Hindi, English and Sanskrit languages with his parents.
Chandrachud to retire on November 10, 2024: CJI Chandrachud will retire on November 10, 2024. He was appointed the 50th Chief Justice (CJI) of the country by President Draupadi Murmu. He took oath as Chief Justice on November 9, 2022. Justice DY Chandrachud’s full name is Justice Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud. His father Justice YV Chandrachud was the 16th CJI of the country.
6. Goldie Brar out of Canada’s most wanted list, accused of murder of Moosewala
Canada has removed Goldie Brar’s name from its ‘most wanted’ list. This claim has been made by Sanjay Kumar Verma, former High Commissioner of India to Canada. He said that Canada is giving shelter to such criminals who can become a threat to the security of India. The decision to remove Brar’s name in Canada is part of the ongoing diplomatic issues between the two countries. This attitude of Canada shows the lack of cooperation in action against extremism.
India has also issued Interpol red notice: Goldie Brar has a long criminal history and a long list of actions against her in India. Goldie Brar has been considered the main accused in the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala. When Moosewala was shot dead in May, 2022. Then Goldie took responsibility for this murder. India has also issued an Interpol red notice against him. This notice alerts police around the world about such criminals.
7. Farooq said- Pakistan is responsible for Gulmarg terrorist attack, stop violence and find a way for friendship with India.
