- Away from controversial statements: Charanjit Channi is only doing Congress politics. Neither is he entering into party factionalism nor is he talking about the CM chair or any issue related to the party.
- Engaged in ground work: Unlike the strategy of Congress stalwarts to corner his opponents, Charanjit Channi is busy in ground work to strengthen his common man image. Recently he went to meet an old ailing Congressman.
