Dhurandhar 2 became the second highest-grossing Indian film worldwide. The film’s worldwide earnings reached Rs 1,788.32 crore.
Dhurandhar 2 overtook Baahubali 2, which had earned Rs 1,788.06 crore. Now it is behind only Dangal (₹2070 crore).
Earned ₹2.77 crore in India on 45th day of release
According to trade website Sacknilk, the film collected ₹2.77 crore nett in India on its 45th day of release. The film’s total India net collection now stands at Rs 1,138.54 crore, while its gross collection in India stands at Rs 1,362.57 crore. Gross collection is the total revenue from tickets and net collection is the revenue after tax.
The total collection of the film in overseas has now reached Rs 425.75 crore. At the same time, the worldwide gross collection of the film has reached Rs 1,788.32 crore.
Ranveer Singh has played the role of an Indian spy in the Dhurandhar franchise. Whereas both the parts have been directed by Aditya Dhar.
Dhurandhar got a great response
The first part of Dhurandhar performed brilliantly at the Indian and international box office and earned around Rs 1,307 crore worldwide. The gross collection of the film in India was Rs 1,005.85 crore, while the net collection was approximately Rs 840 crore.
The film received tremendous response in foreign markets also. It earned around Rs 299.5 crore in overseas. It also broke the record of Bahubali 2 by earning more than Rs 193.06 crore in America and Canada.
