26 year old Simranjeet Singh, born in Bakal, a small village in Kaithal district of Haryana, died in a road accident in America. After a difficult journey to many countries, facing jail and a life full of struggle, he started working as a truck driver, but a road accident destroyed his dreams as well as the hopes of his family.

The family was preparing to marry Simranjit in 6 months, but he burnt to death due to a truck collision in California. As soon as the collision occurred, sparks came out and the truck caught fire. After death, only burnt bones of Simranjeet were found.

- Reached America through donkey route in 6 months: After the death of Simranjit Singh, many things came to light during the conversation with the family. His cousin Inderpal Singh told that it took about 6 months for Simranjit Singh to go to America through the Donkey Route. He reached America through three countries.
- When caught by the army, he was jailed: First went to Dubai and stayed there for some time. After that he went to Moscow and after Moscow he went to Mexico. As soon as he jumped over the wall there, he was caught by the army. He remained in jail for two-four days and was later released from jail.
- Went to America at the age of 17: Simranjeet went to America when he was just 17 years old. After studying till 12th class, he left education and expressed his desire to go abroad to his family. The family also agreed with the son and sent him abroad. Initially he stayed with his acquaintances, but as soon as he got the job of driving a truck, he started living there with his friends.
- Lived with friends instead of sisters: Both the sisters living in America asked him to stay with them, but Simranjeet always said that he likes to stay with his friends and he has no problem there. Due to this his sisters also allowed him to stay with his friends.
- Parents are crying and in a bad state Now, after the death of their son, the parents are in bad condition and crying. The 55-year-old father and 52-year-old mother are unable to bear the shock of their son’s death. Mother is facing frequent dizziness problems. Simranjeet Singh’s cousin Inderpal Singh said that the family was busy preparing for Simranjeet’s marriage for the last six months. For this he had also liked a girl in UP. Although Simranjeet Singh was in America, he had given a omen to the girl by making a video call. The family was thinking of getting married in the month of October or November. For this, the boy’s mother had also bought jewelery etc.

He himself got his sister married there. After marriage, both the sisters were living happily there.
