A dinner was held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Tuesday in the honor of European Council President Antonio Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Things ranging from Yak cheese to Gucchi were served in the menu. The dinner started with food like Jakhiya Aloo with green tomato chutney and Jhangora ki kheer with mea lun and white chocolate. After this, Sundarkala Thichoni was served in the soup course. The main course included solan mushrooms served with poppy seeds, roasted tomato chutney and Himachali golden rice. Along with this, three types of chutneys made of mustard leaves, Kashmiri walnuts, roasted tomatoes and akhuni were kept. For dessert, Himalayan Ragi and Kashmiri Apple Cake was served.
