Swatantra Bhardwaj: Pro-BJP content creator Native of Darbhanga district of Bihar, Swatantra Bhardwaj’s parents live in Kankarbagh, Patna. Swatantra, a graduate from Delhi University, lived in Delhi to prepare for UPSC. Later he started taking part in demonstrations related to socio-political issues. Swatantra often posts videos related to controversial and political issues on social media. It also talks about giving reservation on economic basis. She has 1.8 lakh followers on her Instagram account and 3.41 lakh followers on Facebook. Currently his Instagram account is closed. He calls himself a supporter of BJP. It is written in the bio- ‘Independent Sanatani Warrior.’ Both Nishu and Swatantra have hateful views towards Hindu religion. Nishu calls herself an atheist and calls Hindu gods and goddesses imaginary. At the same time, Swatantra describes himself as a so-called Sanatani warrior. Nishu speaks abusively of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. On September 5, Supreme Court Advocate Amita Sachdeva has filed a complaint against Nishu Azad and her father Sanjay Azad in the Cyber Police Station of Delhi. Amita Sachdeva says that Nishu is a minor, hence considering his father as responsible as his guardian, action has been demanded against both of them. Apart from this, a video of Nishu is viral on social media, in which she allegedly says – ‘When women did not have the right to education at the time of Manusmriti, then where did Saraswati get her PhD degree from.’ However, Bhaskar does not confirm this video. After that a new FIR was lodged against him under sections of SC/ST Act and POCSO Act and he was arrested on 5 September. The court sent him to jail till 21 September.
