Kartik Aryan suffered a serious knee injury during the shooting of filmmaker Kabir Khan’s upcoming untitled film. They were shooting an action scene.
This injury occurred during the last schedule of the shooting of the film. The shooting was to be completed after two days. After suffering injuries, Karthik was taken to a hospital in the town for treatment.
Injured while shooting action scene
According to India Today report, Kartik was training hard with an action coach before these difficult action scenes. Meanwhile, while shooting a scene, he got injured in his knee.
According to a source associated with the production, “Karthik has now been admitted to Fortis Raheja Hospital and is undergoing treatment. The doctors will perform surgery on his knee after a day. After this, he will have to rest for a few days. After this he will be able to resume his work responsibilities.”
Following the surgery, Karthik is expected to take some time off work to recover. After becoming fit, he can resume shooting for Anurag Basu’s untitled film.
Karthik has received the National Film Award for Best Actor for his acting in ‘Chandu Champion’.
Karthik has also ventured into film production with Dopamine Studios. He is working in an upcoming film with Kabir Khan. This film is Karthik’s second film with Kabir Khan after ‘Chandu Champion’.

Apart from Kabir Khan’s film, Karthik has many projects. He will next be seen in the fantasy-comedy-adventure film ‘Naagzilla’ directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba. Karthik is also a part of ‘Captain India’, which is included in his upcoming films.

Recently, Rashmika Mandanna got injured while performing a dance sequence during the shooting of the film ‘Maisa’. Rashmika had told that a tendon connecting her right hip to her leg was separated. It requires recovery and rest to reconnect. According to reports, she slipped during the dance sequence of ‘Maisa’. This is said to be one of the most aggressive and physical films of his career.
