A massive fire broke out in a firecracker warehouse located in Khoh Nagoriyan area of Jaipur at 11 am on Tuesday. Four people including a child died and four laborers got burnt in the fire.

Abdul Wahid is among those who died. Three have not been identified. Burnt victims Azim Khan (18), Nasir Khan (20), Sameer Khan (20) and Bilal (22) have been admitted to SMS Hospital. They are residents of Rahim Nagar in Khoh Nagoriyan.
SMS Hospital’s plastic surgeon Dr RK Jain said – Sameer and Nasir got 95% burns. Bilal suffered 75% burns and Adeeb suffered 65% burns.
Jaipur Collector Sandesh Nayak said – The firecracker warehouse is in Khoh Nagoriyan, near ITI College, Ayesha Nagar Talai area. The fire broke out due to the presence of some inflammable substance.
Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal said- The place where the accident took place was a warehouse for storing firecrackers. Its factory is some distance away. The situation will become clear after complete investigation. The warehouse was located illegally in a residential area. Action will be taken against its owner.
MLA said- Didn’t the police know?
MLA Amin Kagzi said- Didn’t the police know about the existence of a gunpowder warehouse in a residential area? People are also under whose pressure they are not speaking. There is no answer on whose it is and whose it is not.
The MLA said that now those responsible will say that those who died are not from Rajasthan, so are their lives not theirs? The failure is yours.
