Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut called Gen Z ‘Generation Gutter’. On this, Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das said that if there is any youth of Gen Z or Gen Alpha in your family, would you use such language for them?

On Tuesday, Kangana had targeted the CJP-led movement on Instagram Stories over alleged irregularities in the NEET exam.

Saurav Das said – his language is indecent

Responding to Kangana’s post, Saurav Das said that her language was indecent. He accused Kangana of trying to take advantage of the ‘CJP wave’.

Das said, ‘These words do not sound like those of a mentally stable person. There are videos from her constituency, where she is telling people that you people get a lot of work done. I thought that there would not be much work after becoming an MP, but here I have to work every day. This is his seriousness towards his work.

Kangana’s counterattack: ‘You are unemployed and useless’

Kangana replied to Sourav through Instagram Stories. He wrote, ‘I Googled this person and he is 28 years old. He calls himself a student, how? I do not know.’

On criticism of her work as an MP, Kangana said that as a new MP, I was burdened with work because I am also a filmmaker, artist, writer and entrepreneur.

But a completely useless and unemployed person like him will never understand what it means to be in demand all the time.

He further said, ‘Dear Saurav, your issues are personal. You are not a student, you are just useless. Start learning a skill, this is a good place to start.’

What is the ‘Generation Gutter’ controversy?

The debate started a day after Kangana called the young protesters ‘generation gutter’. Kangana had asked, ‘Who is creating and raising them?’ Kangana had said, ‘I have never seen so much ugliness at one place in my life.

These reels of Gen Z protests are nauseating. The way they are talking and the kind of language they are using is very vulgar.

The BJP MP described the behavior of the girls involved in the protest as ‘most appalling’. He said,

These are a new generation of so-called West Indian women. I call them Generation Gutter. Some female protesters are so ugly and corrupt that they can’t even be housewives.

These comments of Kangana have been criticized by opposition leaders and social media users including Congress, Samajwadi Party and AIMIM. He has described these comments as insensitive and derogatory.
