Uttar Kumar was arrested by Ghaziabad Police on September 15 in this rape case. He was released from Ghaziabad district jail 47 days ago i.e. on 30th September. Now the female lawyer has filed a case against Uttar Kumar for threatening to murder. The victim’s female lawyer has also expressed fear for her life.

Here, near the barricading outside (Tango-1), a bottle filled with petrol was taken out from the bag. Then she started spraying petrol on her body.
Seeing this the policemen present there got scared. He quickly ran towards the actress and snatched the bottle from her hand. The video of this incident was also revealed. In this, policemen are seen catching the actress. Tango-1 barricading is 500 meters away from the CM residence.
At that time the actress interrogated Haryanvi folk singer and director Uttar Kumar and accused her of rape. Told- She had given a complaint to register a rape case at Shalimar Garden police station in Ghaziabad on June 24, but the FIR was not registered.
After this, an appeal was made in the High Court, then on the orders of the court, FIR was registered after 25 days. Even after the case was registered, the police did not take action. Despite telling Uttar Kumar’s location several times, the police did nothing. After this, they were forced to adopt other avenues for justice.
