Bobby Deol will soon be seen with Alia Bhatt in Yash Raj Production’s first female lead spy universe film Alpha. It has been discussed for a long time that there was a rift between Bobby Deol and Alia Bhatt during the shooting of Alpha. However, now Bobby Deol has broken his silence on these news and termed it as a rumour.
Bobby Deol’s film Bandar is going to be released soon. Before this he had reached Rajat Sharma’s show Aap Ki Adalat. In the show, when Rajat asked him about the news of his rift with Alia Bhatt on the sets of Alpha, Bobby said,
A friend had sent me a snapshot of that news, I too was surprised. People are so skilled that they can make anything happen by writing.
Bobby further said, ‘I just did a film with Ranbir, then when I came to know that I have got a film with Alia, I thought what is happening with me, because both are my favorite actors. I get to work with both. This is very good. She is such a good actress, how hardworking she is. How professional she is. If she has to do a fight sequence, she is very prepared.
Further, Bobby Deol called the fight a rumor and said, ‘It is also said (in rumor) that Bobby Deol was so angry that Aditya Chopra offered him another film. Now I cannot go to everyone and prove my point. I am lucky that I am here and you have asked this question and I am answering.
Finally Bobby Deol said, ‘People are obsessed with Instagram. 90 percent of those stories are not real. There is a little truth in it, but much is told. We all have a habit.
Know what the news of the rift was like
In February, a report by South news site 123 Telugu claimed that Bobby Deol and Alia Bhatt had a fight on the sets of Alpha. The reason for the fight was Alia Bhatt’s repeated interference in the scenes which she was filming with Bobby Deol. The fights started increasing so much that Aditya Chopra had to intervene to continue the shooting. However, now Bobby Deol has made it clear that the news of the fight is just a rumour.
About the movie Alpha-
This is the 7th film of Yash Raj Films’ spy universe and the first film with a female lead. Alia Bhatt, Sharvari Wagh, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor are in important roles in the film. Hrithik Roshan is going to play the cameo role of Kabir, the character of this universe’s film War. The film is scheduled for release on 3 July. Only after this the films Pathan 2 and Tiger vs Pathan of this spy universe will be released. The film is directed by Shiv Rawail.
