Pakistan’s air space for Indian flights will remain closed another month
Amid the ongoing tension with India, Pakistan has decided to keep its air space closed for Indian flights for another month.
Pakistan had closed its air space for Indian flights in response to the steps taken by India after the Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April last month.
The ban was until 23 May, as according to the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), air space cannot be banned more than a month.
According to Geo News, the announcement to increase this ban can be announced on Wednesday or Thursday. A notice to Airmen (NOTAM) will be issued for this.
