The CBSE CTET 2026 exam took place on February 7 and 8, 2026, with an additional session on March 1, 2026, at two centres in Bihar. CTET Result 2026 Passing Marks
General category candidates need 90 marks out of 150, while reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) candidates need 82 marks to qualify.
It is important to note that CTET is only an eligibility test and does not directly guarantee a job. Passing it means candidates are eligible to apply for teacher recruitment in government and private schools.
