According to the timetable released by WBCHSE, the class 12 or HS third semester examination will start from September 21 and continue till October 7, 2026.

The routine for the third semester of West Bengal Higher Secondary exam 2027 has been announced. According to the timetable released by the West Bengal Higher Secondary Education Council or WBCHSE on Thursday evening, the examination will start from September 21 and continue till October 7, 2026.
All the examinations will be held from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Most of the examinations of the third semester will be held in one and a half hours. Only the timings of Visual Arts, Music and Vocational exams have been changed. It will be 1 hour, from 11 am to 12 pm.

To qualify in the WB Class 12 examination, students must obtain a minimum of 33% marks in each subject.
In the West Bengal 12th exam 2026, the overall pass percentage stood at 91.23 per cent. Purba Medinipur recorded the highest pass rate at 94.19 per cent. As many as 64 students made it to the top 10 in the West Bengal 12th exam results merit list. These included 56 boys and 8 girls. Adrito Pal of Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission topped the WB HS 2026 exam.
