NDTV has accessed the court order mandating a second postmortem in the Twisha Sharma death case to ensure clarity on the circumstances surrounding her death. A multi-institutional forensic board-led by Dr. Dinesh Rao of AIIMS Jammu and including experts from Delhi and Bhopal-will conduct the fresh examination.
