National Herald Case: The troubles of Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have increased in the National Herald money laundering case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court postponed the decision of taking cognizance of the charge sheet of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on 29 November 2025 till 16 December. Moreover, the Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police has registered a fresh FIR against Sonia and Rahul, further complicating the matter. This case has been going on since 2012, when BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had filed a complaint.
