Heavy monsoon showers have once again brought Mumbai to a standstill, with the Andheri subway submerged under rainwater and closed to vehicular traffic.
Ground visuals show flood-like conditions as commuters are forced to wade through knee-deep water to reach their destinations. The Andheri subway, one of Mumbai’s busiest transport links, has once again become a major flashpoint during the monsoon, disrupting movement across the city.
