Bihar Elections: Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) has issued a notice to election strategist turned leader Jan Suraj and party chief Prashant Kishore in case of election violations. In fact, the allegation against him is that Prashant Kishore’s name is registered in the voter lists of two different states, Bihar and West Bengal, which is banned under the Representation of the People Act, 1950. He has been asked to reply in this matter within three days.
