This is the story of 18-year-old Atul Kumar from Muzaffarpur. He passed the JEE Main 2024 exam this year, then qualified JEE Advanced 2024, participated in JoSAA counseling, was also allotted a seat in IIT Dhanbad but he could not take admission because he did not have money.
