A very shocking incident has come to light during the recruitment process of forest guard in Sidhi Forest Division of Madhya Pradesh. Here 25 candidates were called, but only 1 female candidate participated in the process and was selected. The remaining 24 candidates remained absent. There were a total of 8 posts of forest guards in Sidhi Forest Division. These posts were for extremely backward tribes (Baiga, Sahariya, Bhariya). Out of these, 2 posts were reserved for Home Guard and 1 post for Ex-Servicemen, while the remaining 5 posts were for class 10th pass general candidates. About 1,205 applications were received for this recruitment. On the basis of merit of class 10th marksheet, 5 times (i.e. 25) candidates against 5 posts were selected for the physical efficiency test.
