The court has sentenced death sentence to Bhimrao Kamble, who brutally raped a 4-year-old girl in Pune. The culprit of this heart-wrenching incident was sentenced in a record 59 days. On May 1, in Pune’s Nasrapur village, Bhimrao Kamble had raped a 4-year-old girl after giving her some food items and taking her to the enclosure. In this case, today the Pune court sentenced the accused to death under three sections of POCSO. A total of seven cases including kidnapping, rape, molestation and murder were registered against 65-year-old Bhimrao Kamble. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court prepared a final decision of 137 pages.
