Yadav claimed that ED has not found anything from his hideouts. Whereas ED officers had claimed in a media briefing a day earlier that diamond-gold jewelery worth Rs 9 crore, cash of Rs 5.12 crore and property documents worth Rs 35 crore have been found from the residence of Yadav’s close aide Aman Kumar in Delhi’s Sarvpriya Vihar Colony.
Yadav said that how I became a mafia and gang leader in just seven-eight months, all this is nonsense. In business cases of civil nature, criminal cases are made. This is a pressure tactic. All their cases are almost over and final closure reports have been filed in all of them. This is all a ploy by 2-3 policemen to mislead. Such cases are also going on against big businessmen of the country and state.

- On Sandeep Lather’s name appearing in the suicide note: Regarding the name appearing in the video made by Rohtak ASI Sandeep Lather before the suicide on October 14, Rao Inderjit said – There is no mention of me anywhere in the suicide note nor is there any mention of any transaction. I suspect that the voice in the video may be his, but the words were spoken at the behest of someone else. If the police investigate this case honestly then the whole truth will come out. If not today or tomorrow, the whole truth will come out.

I don’t know where ED brought so much money from. Regarding the recovery of cash and jewelery worth crores by ED, Rao Inderjit said that on December 26, at around 11 am in the morning, ED searched my premises. The search was conducted at my two residences in Gurugram M3M, the school campus at Nirvana Country and James’s corporate office at Lawrence Road, Delhi.
ED officials did a complete investigation, but nothing objectionable was found from my place. Only 2–3 computer systems were taken for testing. Even no cash worth Rs 100 was recovered from my place. Now where did this amount come from? I don’t know.
As far as vehicles and properties are concerned, their complete information is already available with the Income Tax Department. Whatever properties or vehicles have been purchased are registered on my PAN number. All have been purchased through bank loans. I have full faith in CM Saheb, administration and judicial system. If not today then tomorrow the truth will come out.

What did ED claim after the 4-day raid…
- A suitcase full of jewelery and Rs 5.12 crore cash found in a close friend’s house: ED had claimed in the media briefing on December 31 that it has achieved a major success in the money laundering case related to Finance Inderjit Yadav. A suitcase filled with diamond and gold jewelery worth about Rs 9 crore was found from the bungalow number 5/26 of Yadav’s close aide Aman Kumar in Delhi. Apart from this, Rs 5.12 crore cash was found. Also, chequebooks, property deal papers and investment related documents were found, the value of which was estimated to be around Rs 35 crore.

- Enforcer of financiers of famous dealers across the country: ED investigation revealed that companies like Apollo Green Energy Limited used to borrow crores of rupees in cash from private financiers of the famous Dighal village of Jhajjar. Used to give post-dated checks as security. Whenever there was a dispute, Rao Inderjit would come as an ‘enforcer’. With the help of their associates and foreign gangs, they forcibly got the settlement done by threatening and showing weapons. In return they would collect commission worth hundreds of crores.
- ED told Bahubali: ED claimed that this person who flaunts luxury lifestyle on social media and shares pictures of expensive cars and private jets is a Baahubali. Recent raids have exposed his alleged illegal empire. He used to forcibly settle huge loans taken from private financiers and extort money by threatening them with weapons.
