His family respects all religions. The family told that Nida is currently pregnant and is living at her in-laws’ house in Bhiwandi. Lawyer’s claim – There is no allegation of conversion in the FIR. Nida’s lawyer Baba Syed said that there is no mention of forced conversion in the FIR. Nida has been named in a case. Nida Khan suspended, the company said it was a serious matter. According to the media report, TCS had suspended Nida on April 9. In the suspension it was said that a serious case has come to light against him. The company has closed his system access. Instructions have been given to return all company assets. Nida Khan joined the company in December 2021. She was working on the post of Process Associate. SIT is investigating, 7 accused arrested. According to the police, 9 complaints are being investigated in this case. Of these, 8 female employees have alleged that their senior harassed them mentally and sexually. These incidents are said to have taken place between February 2022 and March 2026. Police have arrested seven employees in this case, including six male and one female HR. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed for investigation, which is investigating the complaints. Allegations of marriage pretext, forced relationship and religious pressure The complaints said that one of the accused had repeated physical relations with the employee on the pretext of marriage. Apart from this, there are also allegations of touching in an objectionable manner and making derogatory comments about personal life. According to the police, in one case an employee was forced to offer namaz. There is also an allegation of insulting his religion. The complaints also said that there was harassment, objectionable comments and gestures were made inside and outside the office. In one case, there is an allegation of trying to forcibly seize a woman in the office itself. Some victims said that they complained to the senior, but no action was taken. CM said – Will expose the entire module Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis said in a press conference in Kolkata on Friday that the government will expose the module involved in this entire matter.
