The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has started inviting applications for the 575 vacancies of Assistant Professor 2024 for 30 various subjects. Interested and qualified applicants may apply via the official website at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The application window will remain open until February 10, 2025.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not older than 40 years as of July 1, 2025. Candidates from reserved groups are exempt from the upper age limit. By government regulations, candidates who fall within reserved groups are eligible for age relaxations.
RPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Visit rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, the official website.
Step 2: On the webpage, select the “Apply Online”tab.
Step 3: To start your application, register on the SSO portal and adhere to the guidelines.
Step 4: Fill out the application, pay the necessary amount and click on ‘submit’.
Step 5: Print or save a copy of the completed form for later use.
RPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024: Application Fees
Candidates from the general and unreserved categories must pay an examination fee of Rs 600. SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and other reserved category candidates must pay Rs 400 at the time of application.
RPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern
The exam will be held in two formats: written examination and interview. The written exam be held in total for 200 marks. It will include two subjects concerned with the post of 75 marks for three hours and general studies of Rajasthan of 50 marks for three hours. However, the interview will be held for 24 marks. The sum of the scores from the written test plus the interview will be used to construct the final merit list. Candidates must check the Commission website for a detailed syllabus.
