Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railway, Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay said, a pilot project is going on regarding Status ‘Regret’. It is getting good response at present.
At some places, there are problems in ticket booking, work on which is being done. 3000 additional coaches have been added to the trains, the number of which can be increased considering the rush of passengers.
Northern Railway spokesperson Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay said, during festivals, special trains are running for various cities of Purvanchal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. As special trains are being announced, their schedules are also being released.

- No refund is given after the chart is prepared.
