-Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
-Green chilli – 1-2, finely chopped
-Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
-Oil – for frying

-Coriander leaves – 1 cup
-Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
-Green chilli – 1-2
-Ginger – 1 inch piece
-Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
-Water – as per requirement

Spicy Masala Water:
-Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
-Water – as per requirement
-Sweet chutney – 2 spoons
-Tamarind pieces – 2-3
-Raw chopped mango – 1/2 cup
-Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
-Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
-Black salt – 1/2 tsp
-Roasted cumin powder – half teaspoon
-Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
-Asafoetida – a pinch
-Lemon pieces, coriander leaves, onion pieces – for decoration

Method of making water pakodas

1. Preparing pakora batter
Add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli and celery in a large bowl. Prepare a thick batter by adding water little by little. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. After this, add baking soda, coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies and onion into the batter. Mix everything well and prepare the prepared pakoda mixture.

2. Fry Pakodas
Heat oil in a pan. Make small pakodas from the prepared batter and fry them in hot oil. Fry the pakoras until they become golden and crispy.

3. Making green chutney
Add coriander leaves, mint, green chilli, ginger and lemon juice in the mixer jar. Add some water and blend. Your green chutney is ready.

4. Preparing spicy masala water
Take out green chutney in a large bowl. Add ice cubes, water, sweet chutney, red chilli, black pepper, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and asafoetida. After this add tamarind and raw mango and mix well. Finally add salt, lemon pieces, half onion and coriander leaves. Keep it covered.

5. Serving
Put the fried pakodas in the prepared spiced water. Garnish by adding some coriander leaves and lemon slices. Hot, spicy and crispy water pakodas are ready.
