A glimpse of India’s art and culture will be seen in New York under the leadership of Reliance Foundation Chairperson and social worker Neeta Ambani. The first international event of ‘Neeta Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center’ (NMACC) will be held from 12 to 14 September at the famous Lincoln center here.
It will have fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s fashion show ‘Swadesh’ with the musical performance of Shankar Mahadevan, Shreya Ghoshal and classical composer Rishabh Sharma. The purpose of this event is to show Indian art, music, dance, fashion and handicrafts on the global stage.

Entry will be available on the basis of invitation
Entry will be available only on the basis of invitation in this event. The event will begin with a grand ‘welcome’ Gala. In this, famous chef Vikas Khanna will handle the task of eating and drinking, who will serve special dishes from different states of India.
The most special offer will be NMACC’s flagship musical performance- ‘The Great Indian Musical: Civilization to Nation’. It is directed by Feroz Abbas Khan. The show will show 7000 years journey of Indian civilization through music, dance and grand stage design.
Some part will be open for all
In this festival, there will also be many activities for the common people in Dammocha Park. These include Morning Yoga Sessions, Cricket talks, Bollywood Dance Workshop with Shyamak Davar’s team and ‘Swadesh Market’. This market will also have handicrafts products of artisans from India.
The Lincoln center has around 5,000 cultural programs every year, in which artists from India and abroad participate.

Neeta Ambani said, ‘I am very excited about a glimpse of India and the tradition of telling the 5000 year old story here and going to New York. We have told our stories from heart. I am going to dance myself on the first day. ‘
He said that artisans from India are being called to make this event grand so that they can show their skills there. We will welcome as many people as we can in that place.

Neeta Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center was inaugurated on 31 March 2023. The inauguration of this cultural center was attended by all the big personalities from all over the country and the world. International celebrities like Tom Holland, Jandaya, Gigi Hadid also walked on the pink carpet and placed the world’s eyes on this culture center.
This is the dream project of Nita Ambani, chairperson of the Cultural Center Reliance Foundation. Here Nita Ambani wants to give Indian art a stage to the world. To make this center grand, more than 8400 Swarovski crystals have been used in one of its grand theater areas.
