Lucknow Fire Tragedy Live Updates: There is panic in the entire state after the death of 15 people in Lucknow fire. It is being told that CM Yogi is very angry with the allegations of negligence in the entire fire incident. He had called a high level meeting on Monday regarding the incident, in which he directed to form a two-member special investigation team to investigate the fire incident.
On the basis of initial investigation, Lucknow Police has registered 6 FIRs in this case and arrested four people including the building owner. Also, four officers have been suspended so far.
Police investigation has also revealed that the total area of building number MS/102/D located in Aliganj Yojana sector is 1992 square feet and the residential map for this was approved on August 20, 2014. However, in 2016, Lucknow Development Authority had filed a case regarding illegal construction of the building and after hearing the case, an order to demolish the building was issued on 10 May 2016. However, the demolition order was canceled in July after the owners objected in court.
