Winners should first verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free claim process, winners must submit the following documents:
- The original winning lottery ticket, self-attested on both sides.
- A recent passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- A self-attested copy of the PAN card (mandatory for income tax purposes).
- Valid identity and address proof, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card.
A duly filled prize claim form, affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted according to official instructions (forms are available online).
